The Autumn Reserve Fall Cigar Sampler 2026 — ten premium cigars from five legendary lines, curated for the season of darker wrappers, longer aging, and evenings by the fire. Includes Davidoff Maduro Robusto and Short Corona, Padrón 1926 Serie 80 Years and No. 1 Maduro, Opus X The Lost City Toro and Piramide, Arturo Fuente Añejo Shark #77 and #888, and Davidoff The Late Hour Churchill and Toro.
There is a moment every fall when the air changes. The light comes in lower and more golden, the evenings stretch out, and the first fire of the year gets lit. It is also when the cigars in your humidor start to change. This is the season for darker wrappers, longer aging, and flavors that feel like the season itself: cocoa, roasted coffee, dried fruit, cedar, oak, and spice.
The Autumn Reserve gathers ten cigars from five of the world's most celebrated lines — each one chosen because it tastes like a particular fall evening. Together, they form a collection meant to be enjoyed over a season of long evenings, or shared in one memorable night with good company.
The Collection
Late Afternoon — Davidoff Maduro Robusto + Short Corona
Davidoff has always been known for elegance. Davidoff Maduro adds depth. A dark, oily maduro wrapper is laid over Davidoff's carefully aged Dominican filler, bringing dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and gentle sweetness to a cigar that still has Davidoff's trademark refinement. The cigar for a cool fall afternoon with a fresh pot of coffee and nowhere you need to be.
The Harvest Table — Padrón 1926 Serie Maduro 80 Years Maduro + No. 1 Maduro
The Padrón 1926 Serie is named for the year José Orlando Padrón was born, and it was made to honor a lifetime in tobacco. Every cigar is a Nicaraguan puro, built from tobaccos aged for years and wrapped in a sun-grown maduro leaf. Deep and generous: cocoa, coffee, nutmeg, and rich earth. The cigar for the end of a long harvest dinner, when the plates are cleared and the conversation slows down.
Fireside Under the Stars — Opus X The Lost City Toro + Piramide
Opus X The Lost City is one of the rarest stories in cigars. The tobacco was grown at Chateau de la Fuente, on the very fields used to film Andy Garcia's The Lost City, and the Fuente family aged it for years before it was ever rolled. Bold and layered: cedar, leather, dried fruit, and spice that builds by the inch. The cigar for a cold, clear night with the fire crackling and the first stars out.
The First Fire of the Season — Arturo Fuente Añejo Reserva Shark #77 + #888
Arturo Fuente Añejo was born from a setback. When Hurricane Georges damaged the Fuente family's Opus X crop in 1998, Carlito Fuente created something new: rich Dominican tobaccos finished in a Connecticut broadleaf maduro wrapper aged in cognac barrels. Raisin, cedar, cocoa, and a hint of cognac sweetness. The cigar for the first fire of fall, when the kindling catches and the season officially begins.
The Quiet Hour After Midnight — Davidoff Winston Churchill The Late Hour Churchill + Toro
Winston Churchill did some of his best thinking late at night. Davidoff's The Late Hour honors those moments with a blend built around tobacco aged in Scotch whisky casks, which gives the smoke a darker, deeper character. Oak, cocoa, black pepper, and a warm, malty sweetness. The cigar for when the house is quiet, the fire is down to embers, and the evening is finally yours.
