Here are answers to what we get asked the most.
We are open Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Yes, we offer online ordering through our website and ship to locations within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
Yes, we offer same day in-store pick up for all products that are in-stock. Orders must be placed before 3:00PM EST for the same day pick-up. Any orders received after 3:00 PM may be picked up the following business day.
Yes, we offer same day delivery within a radius of 150 miles of our retail location. Any same day orders must be received before 1:00 PM and are normally delivered by 6:00PM. Expedited services are available, however will incur additional charges greater than the same day delivery fee which varies based on distance. All same day deliveries require an adult present with a valid 21+ ID to be completed. No same day merchandise will be left at a vacant destination. If no one is present and the merchandise is returned, the customer will incur additional costs with each additional attempt.

No, we do not offer any cigar storage services on-site. We do offer humidors of many varieties ranging from desktop to cabinet style humidors.
No, we do not offer private event hosting at our store. Off-site events are possible either at a private home or other venue, please call us at 203-869-5401 to discuss the details of your event and our minimum requirements.
Yes, we carry a wide range of the world's best cigar accessories, including lighters, cutters, cases, humidors, and more.
Yes, we buy rare cigars from customers all the time depending on their condition and the level of desirability of the item(s). If you have a collection of rare cigars you are looking to sell, please contact michael@tobacconistofgreenwich.com

It depends on the item and the availability from the manufacturer. All paid pre-orders can be canceled for store credit at any time by contacting onlineorders@tobacconistofgreenwich.com. Please note that if you do cancel a pre-order and change your mind, you will be put at the back of the queue.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can promptly assist you.
Due to the nature of many of our products, certain items may be considered ineligible for return. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that eligibility for returns is determined at the sole discretion of our staff.
Free UPS 2nd Day Air on Orders Over $250
Items marked with “FREE UPS 2nd Day Air” qualify for complimentary expedited shipping. To be eligible, your cart total must reach $250.00 or more, excluding shipping fees and taxes, and must include qualifying items.
This offer applies only to shipments within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders shipped to P.O. boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico are not eligible.
Please note that oversized or freight-required items do not qualify for this promotion. In addition, certain products are excluded from 2-day shipping for safety and compliance reasons — including drop-shipped items and products that cannot be transported by air.
Split Shipments & Pre-Order Items
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally require separate shipments due to stock availability or pre-order status. If an order qualifies for Free UPS 2nd Day Air but contains items that ship separately (such as backordered or pre-order items), only the in-stock portion of the order will be shipped using the free 2-day service.
Subsequent shipments for backordered or pre-order items will ship via standard ground service unless otherwise arranged. This policy ensures we can maintain fair and sustainable shipping practices while providing the best possible service.
