S.T. Dupont x Orlinski Slimmy Lighter — Blue
The S.T. Dupont x Orlinski collaboration does not compromise in the pocket. The Slimmy carries the Kong motif with the same conviction as the Line 2 — simply in a format built for those who carry light and choose carefully.
Richard Orlinski
The world's best-selling French contemporary artist, Richard Orlinski is known for his "Born Wild" sculptures — diamond-cut, monochromatic renderings of wild animals that explore the boundary between animal instinct and human culture. Kong is his most iconic subject: the great ape as a symbol of power, freedom, and something untameable. The Kong motif appears here on the Slimmy, rendered in lacquer against chrome, carrying its full presence in a reduced profile.
Blue
Blue gives the Kong motif a different quality than orange: deeper, more measured, and with a sense of something held in reserve. On the Slimmy's slim lacquer surface, the effect is of restrained force — the wild, contained but not diminished. This is the version for the collector who prefers their collaboration to announce itself on its own terms.
The Slimmy
S.T. Dupont's Slimmy is the lighter that disappears until it is needed. Its slim profile fits flat against the body — in a jacket pocket, a shirt pocket, or a cigar case — and emerges ready without ceremony. Paired with the Kong motif in blue, it becomes the most understated entry point into the Orlinski collection.
