The Buffalo

The Buffalo motif is placed on the porcelain surface with the solidity that characterizes both the animal and Stefano Ricci's approach to its wildlife subjects. Palladium finishing is appropriate — cool, composed, without warmth that might soften the subject. The motif sits at the center of the 25 × 25 cm surface where it is visible across the table for the duration of a session.
