My Father La Lealtad Toro
My Father La Lealtad Toro — where most smokers will meet La Lealtad for the first time. 6" × 54 ring gauge. Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro Rosado wrapper over a double binder of Honduran and Nicaraguan...
My Father La Lealtad Toro Gordo — the large ring gauge expression of the García family's second Honduran release. 6" × 60 ring gauge. Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro Rosado wrapper over a double binder of Honduran and Nicaraguan leaf, with Honduran and Nicaraguan long-filler.
The Blend
At 6" × 60, this is the widest vitola in the La Lealtad lineup. The larger ring gauge gives the double binder of Honduran and Nicaraguan leaf maximum room to work, with the Honduran and Nicaraguan filler surrounded by that gorgeous Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro Rosado wrapper.
The Profile
Medium to full-bodied. The wider gauge delivers a cooler smoke with more smoke volume per draw. Notes of coffee bean, cocoa, leather, red pepper, and nutmeg layer throughout, with earthy undertones, roasted coffee, and a hint of raisin. The 60 ring gives this cigar a longer smoke time and allows the complexity to unfold gradually.
The Legacy
La Lealtad signifies a family legacy rooted in loyalty and tradition. The Toro Gordo is for smokers who want to settle in — the kind of cigar that rewards an unhurried evening.
