S.T. Dupont 2 Cigars Case — Monogram 1872, Burgundy
The humidor stays at home. The cigar case is what makes the ritual possible elsewhere — the object that carries two cigars from the collection to the occasion, protecting them in transit and presenting them correctly when they arrive. S.T. Dupont brings the Monogram 1872 collection to the cigar case: the founding logo on coated canvas, the same decoration that runs across the lighters, cutter stand, and ashtray in the same collection, now on the object that precedes them all.
Monogram 1872 / Coated Canvas
Craftsmanship in metal, as well as the art of lacquer and coated leather, showcase the expertise of S.T. Dupont in the Monogram 1872 collection. The cigar case is made in coated canvas — the material that gives the exterior its distinctive texture and its resistance to the conditions of travel — decorated with the Monogram 1872 pattern. The gold metal base connects the case to the gold-accented versions of the other Monogram 1872 accessories: the burgundy cutter stand, the burgundy lighter, the burgundy ashtray. The founding logo is the same across all of them — on the case, it is the first object in the sequence that begins at the humidor and ends at the table.
Burgundy / Two Cigars
The case holds two cigars, which is the right number for an afternoon or an evening out: enough for the occasion and no more. The fit is adjustable to accommodate different ring gauges — the case works with the cigars you have chosen, not the other way around. Burgundy is the most ceremonial color in the Monogram 1872 trio: the warmest, the most associative with occasion, the one that connects the founding logo to the traditions of what follows. At 180 × 60 × 30 mm and 134g, the case travels without imposing itself — present in a jacket pocket, correct in the hand when it matters.
