S.T. Dupont Twiggy Lighter — Monogram 1872, Burgundy
The Twiggy occupies a different position in the S.T. Dupont lineup than the Line 2 or the Le Grand. It is longer and slimmer — 95mm against 62mm, 25mm wide against 37mm, 80 grams against 130. It is the lighter for a breast pocket, for a smaller hand, for a moment that asks for an elongated, refined profile rather than the heft of the classic format. On the Twiggy, the Monogram 1872 decoration — the founding logo, upright, determined, and proud — travels the full length of the body in a way that reads differently from the more compact forms.
Monogram 1872 / Burgundy and Gold
The Twiggy Monogram 1872 in burgundy places the founding S.T. Dupont logo on a ground that has always read as ceremonial: the color of occasion, of things brought out because the moment warrants them. The gold finish gives the decoration its distinction against the lacquer — the two-tone combination that connects the Twiggy to the cutter stand and ashtray in the same collection, the color trio that coordinates across the full Monogram 1872 range. Craftsmanship in metal and the art of lacquer showcase the expertise of S.T. Dupont in the Monogram 1872 collection. The pieces are, as the Maison describes them, well-rooted in their time.
1 cm Torch Flame / The Twiggy Format
The Twiggy is equipped with a 1 cm torch flame: a precise, directed jet appropriate for cigars and cigarettes alike. The torch format gives the lighter its flexibility — the same flame that lights a Churchill works for a cigarette — while the slim body makes it a lighter you carry differently than you carry a Line 2. The lacquered metal construction gives the body a density appropriate to its dimensions: it is not a lightweight object, but it wears its 80 grams differently across its length. Gas refill sold separately. Personalization available up to three characters.
