Description
The Davidoff 25th Anniversary Cigar, Originally released in 2013 and celebrates 25 years of Davidoff in the U.S. Davidoff Master Blenders created this special cigar focused on a blend of tobacco featuring intense flavors of cedar, espresso, chocolate, citrus zest, buttery nuttiness and spiced cocoa.
The tobaccos in the blend are all from the Dominican Republic, including a beautifully dark reddish-brown wrapper from Yamasá. This cigar delivers medium-full flavor strength and tobacco intensity, providing beautiful balance of flavors, perfect combustion and construction.
Tasting Notes
Pre-light introduces a sweet sensation to the palate with notes of wood and leather. A beautiful oily brown wrapper, smooth to the touch.
1/3 – Notes of spiced chocolate, cedar wood and espresso. Stimulation is primarily in the sweet and spicy notes, with a very creamy and nutty aroma.
2/3 – The spicy stimulation is heightened along with a sweet nuttiness and espresso. Wood notes become smoky. The aroma delivers a sweet creaminess, chocolate and black coffee.
3/3 – Notes of earth are now present, blending well with oaky flavors. Chocolate spice is still present along with espresso. The aroma, becomes more intense, but continues to be very creamy, woody, with notes of cocoa.
